Global real estate advisor Savills names Crosspoint its associate in Romania

International real estate advisor Savills announced on January 7 that it has named commercial advisory firm Crosspoint Real Estate its associate in Romania as part of its continued expansion across Central and Eastern Europe (CEE).

Savills and Crosspoint signed a partnership agreement in the summer of 2017.

Recent transactions of Crosspoint included advising on the sale of the Bank of Cyprus building from SIF Banat Crişana to a firm belonging to a Romanian businessman in November and securing transactions with land plots with a total value of over EUR 60 million in 2018, reads the  press release.

“Following our successful partnership these last 18 months, we are delighted to join the international network of Savills associates and look forward to working even closer together to secure business opportunities within the rapidly developing Romanian property market and in the wider Central and Southeast European region,” said Codrin Matei, managing partner, Crosspoint Real Estate.

Founded in 2005 and based in Bucharest, Crosspoint Real Estate employs 23 commercial real estate professionals and advises clients across sectors such as capital markets, office, industrial and logistics leasing, tenant representation, land, residential sales, research, valuation, and consultancy.
