Second training session by RICS focuses on valuation

The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the Romanian chapter, is organizing its second training session as part of its Continuous Development Program on Thursday, June 17. Prof. Ion Anghel FRICS (in picture) will be the guest speaker to discuss about ‘Real estate valuation in an uncertain and unstable market'.

Ion Anghel is a Fellow with RICS, as well as director of Real Estate Economics Master Programme at Bucharest’s University of Economics (‘ASE’). He is a past President of ANEVAR, and a current member of the International Valuation Professional Board ("IVPB"). The event will be held from 18.00‐20.00 hours at the BPP Training center off Piata Romana at 32‐34 Magheru Blvd. in Bucharest.

The fee to RICS Members will be the equivalent of EUR 20, to ANEVAR Members EUR 22 and to non‐ RICS/ANEVAR Members EUR 25. Places are limited to 20, so please confirm your attendance to Anna Orcsik at aorcsik@rics.org at latest by close of business on Tuesday 15th June.

RICS' first training session, held by ING Real Estate Asset Management director Gijs Klomp, took place a month ago. RICS will organize such training sessions every month this year, except for the summer period.
