Sensiblu owner launches call-center service in Romania
Pharma group A&D Pharma, which owns the Sensiblu pharmacies and the Mediplus distributor, has launched a national call-center service for patients who are looking hard to find pharmaceutical products.
By calling to a free number, customers can find out if certain products are available and they can reserve them in a near-by pharmacy that is affiliate to the PharmAssist program, reports local Profit.ro. If the medicines are not available, the PharmAssist team will order the products directly from suppliers and will reserve them for 48 hours.
A&D Pharma group includes the biggest pharmaceutical distributor in Romania – Mediplus and the second-biggest drug store chain – Sensiblu. The group had a net profit of EUR 26.4 million in Romania last year, 2.3 times higher than in 2014. Mediplus and Sensiblu had cumulated sales of over EUR 1 billion.
