Mood Media Group, which specializes in sensory marketing, has leased 2,000 sqm on the ground floor of UpGround Business Park office compound in Bucharest, where it will showcase its products and services, according to DTZ Echinox, which brokered the lease. The company has more than tripled its office space, having moved from a 600-sqm office.

UpGround Business Park comprises two office buildings and 60,000 sqm of office space hosting the headquarters of OMV/ Petrom, Banca Romaneasca, Bancpost, Intel and Honeywell among others. The office buildings are part of a larger compound that includes a residential area and a commercial gallery.

Mood Media offers marketing services focusing on music, visual and scent media, offering services like multimedia content, in-store radio and in-store advertising. The Romanian branch of the group is run by general manager Florian Gaurivaud.

The UpGround compound was developed by several British and Greek investment funds represented by Greek investor Ioannis Papalekas. RREEF Real Estate, the real estate branch of Deutsche Bank, took over the residential compound and the two office buildings for EUR 340 million in 2008.
