Several tourist attractions built in Romanian resort under EUR 1.5 mln project
A total of seven tourist attractions, including a mini golf course, a tennis court and a place for extreme sports, were built in Sugas-Bai resort in Romania, under a project of RON 6.6 million (EUR 1.5 million). The money for the project came from EU funds and from the local budget of Sfantu Gheorghe municipality, reports local Agerpres.
According to Sztakics Eva, the deputy mayor of Sfantu Gheorghe, the works started in 2011 and are close to completion.
“All works will be completed by the end of September, there are still some things to be done. The total value of the project was RON 6.6 million, and a large amount of RON 3.6 million was provided by the municipality,” said Sztakics Eva.
Sugas-Bai resort is located in Covasna county, Romania, at 10 km from Sfantu Gheorghe.
