The shopping mall Shopping City Timisoara, developed by the investment fund NEPI, will be opened on Thursday, after completing the second construction stage.

The complex will have 13 cinema screens, a fitness center with a semi-olympic pool, a bowling area, food-court as well as a playground area. The group also plans to open the first ski slope inside a shopping mall in the country, reports local Ziarul Financiar.

The total rentable area covers some 70,000 sqm, and the investment amounts to EUR 83.8 million. The tenants include Carrefour, Cinema City, Zara, H&M, Koton or C&A.
