Sky Tower, the tallest building in Romania, opens doors to visitors

Sky Tower, the tallest building in Romania, will welcome visitors for the next two months, as part of the Sky Tower Open Doors event.

Starting today (August 9), visitors can climb to the 34th floor of the building every Friday, between 11:00 and 18:00. There, visitors will find special entertainment areas, a zone dedicated to art, as well as telescopes for observing Bucharest’s main attractions.

Corporate employees can climb Sky Tower’s 34th floor every Thursday after 17:00, where they can relax playing ping-pong, foosball or other games.

Sky Tower is 137 meters tall, exceeding Basarab Tower, which is 114 meters. The building, on 37 floors above ground, five underground floors for parking and with 10 elevators is located at the crossroads between Barbu Vacarescu and Calea Floreasca streets.
