Snowstorms take a break but low temperatures follow in Romania
The Code Red for snowstorms was lifted in Romania, and wind and snow intensity will cool down on Thursday and Friday, January 30 and 31, but temperatures are expected to go down significantly during this period.
Meteorologists issued a warning for low temperatures, especially during the night, down to minus 15 degrees Celsius, and said the wind speed will go up again on February 2 and 3.
Local authorities are expected to clean up all the roads blocked by snowstorms from the previous days, as all the bad weather special codes have been lifted.
