Son of Romania national football team’s head coach invests up to EUR 1.5 mln in solar power station
The son of Romania national football team head coach Victor Piturca will invest between EUR 1.3 and EUR 1.5 million in a solar power station in Olt county, south eastern Romania.
Victorio-Alexandru Piturca will back the photovoltaic park, which will have a power capacity of up to one MW.
The photovoltaic panels will be installed on a 20,000 sqm plot in Piatra Olt, Olt county.
Started a year ago, the park is set for completion within a month.
“The investment is partly financed by a loan from Garanti Bank, while the rest comes from our own funds,” said Alexandru Piturca, quoted by local news agency Mediafax.
The project is developed by PAV Green Energy Bucharest, a company fully owned by Piturca, while the produced energy will be sold through Renovatio Trading.
Alexandru Piturca is also a retired Romanian footballer who played for several football teams in Romania, such as Steaua Bucuresti and Universitatea Craiova.
