Special bus line for Night of Museums event in Bucharest this weekend
The Bucharest Public Transport Company RATB will set up a special bus line for the night of May 17 - May 18, between 21,00 and 04,00, for the Night of Museums event. A ticket for this line will cost RON 1.3 (EUR 0.3) per trip, according to RATB.
The bus will run on the following route: the Parliament Palace (National Museum of Contemporary Art), Calea 13 Septembrie, Izvor street, B. P. Hasdeu Blvd., Vasile Parvan street, Calea Plevnei, Mircea Vulcanescu street (National Military Museum), Baldovin Parcalabul street, Gara de Nord Blvd., Gara de Nord Square, Calea Grivitei, Dacia Blvd. (Museum of Literature), Romania Square, Calea Dorobantilor, (National Museum of Maps and Old Books), Constantin Prezan Blvd., the Arch of Triumph, Kiseleff street (National Museum of Geology), Victoriei Square, Calea Victoriei (George Enescu National Museum, Romania’s National Museum of Art, City Museum and the National Museum of History), Splaiul Independentei, Unirii Square, Dimitrie Cantemir Blvd., Serban Voda Blvd., Eroii Revolutiei Square (Bellu Museum), with return on Viilor street, Dr. Istrate street, Carol Park (National Technical Museum), 11 Iunie street, Regina Maria Blvd., Libertatii Blvd., Calea 13 Septembrie.
The night bus lines N102, N104, N105, N106, N107, N108, N109, N110, N111, N112, N114, N115, N116, N117, N119 and N121, whose routes are in the areas with open museums, will also run the entire night, according to RATB.
