The Bucharest City Hall will pay around EUR 42,500 for a ten-minute film presenting the Romanian capital city. The winner of the bid to create this film is Stage Expert, which has previously won the bid for video and audio services for Romania's attendance at the Expo Shanghai 2010.

The film will be part of a series of initiatives which aim at increasing Bucharest's visibility as tourist destination.  The presentation movie will be divided into three sections: one on business opportunities in the capital city, the second, on culture and traditions and a third about events, accommodation clubbing and shopping.
