Stradivarius for Rosia Montana charity concert at the Romanian Athenaeum this April
Violinist Razvan Stoica and pianist Andreea Stoica will hold a special concert at the Romanian Athenaeum on April 18. The event, called Stradivarius for Rosia Montana, marks the UNESCO International Day of Monuments and Sites and honors Rosia Montana's inclusion on Romania's tentative list for UNESCO World Heritage.
The concert, organized by Stradivarius Sound in partnership with ARA - Architecture. Restoration. Archaeology, will start at 20:00. The money raised from ticket sales will be donated to Adopt a House at Rosia Montana, a program that aims to rescue and restore the cultural heritage and traditional community of Rosia Montana and neighboring villages.
Tickets cost RON 50 (some EUR 11) and can be purchased from Germanos, Orange, Vodafone, and Domo stores, Carturesti and Humanitas bookshops, and online at eventim.ro.
