Restaurant chain Subway has opened its first drive-thru restaurant in Romania’s Sibiu, in partnership with oil company Petrom. This is the company’s 20th restaurant on the local market.
The new restaurant is open in the Petrom Vestem gas station and is the second unit in the city. It covers an area of 160 sqm.
The first local Subway restaurant was opened under franchise in 2012 in Bucharest. The chain now includes units in Cluj, Timisoara, Iasi, Constanta, Ploiesti, Pitesti, Suceava and Sibiu.
