Bucharest ranks low on hotel guest satisfaction in a recent survey issued by hotel.info. The Romanian capital came 18th out of 20 cities, similarly to the result in February 2012. Bucharest scored better than Vilnius and Madrid only.

Warsaw was the city where hotel guests were the most satisfied with the services, followed by Tokyo, Helsinki, Bratislava and Tallinn.

Western European capitals Rome, Paris and London scored worse and came out of the 20 ranking.

Bucharest got 7.27 points while London, which will host the Olympic Games this year, got only 6.58 points.
