Financial services and stock market brokerage company Swiss Capital has recently signed a five-year lease contract for a 400 sqm area - the fourth floor of the Romana Offices in central Bucharest, starting the second half on March, according to Dinu Patriciu Global Services (DPGS), the owner of the building. Colliers acted as intermediary for the transaction.

Romana Offices is located in Bucharest’s Romana Square, and was completed in June last year. The building has a total lettable area of 2,460 sqm spread over five floors, and 34 parking places. The first tenant was Contrast Management Consulting & Training, which has occupied 550 sqm area as of June 2011, and contracted for a seven-year period.

Established in 2008, Dinu Patriciu Global Properties is an investment holding company with a focus on investment and development in Germany, Romania and Central & Eastern Europe. Its main assets in Romania are the Lakeview office building, the Romana Offices, Cubic Center, Evo Center, Cascade Offices and Baneasa Business Center.
