TechHub to expand with community and working space for technology entrepreneurs in Romania

09 November 2012

Bucharest is slowly becoming home to the popular Hub concept, places where young entrepreneurs share office space and come up with new projects. With an already existing Bucharest Hub, the Romanian capital is set to welcome a TechHub in 2013. The new working space for entrepreneurs in technology will be opened by Bogdan Iordache, founder of How to Web, and Daniel Dragomir of Schoolforstartups. The official opening will be next year, but a location was not given yet.

TechHub already exists in UK, in London and in Manchester, providing a community and work space for tech entrepreneurs.

There is also one in Riga, and the one in Bucharest was already added to the official Techhub.com page. The Bucharest official page is here.

The joint office space concept has gained popularity in Romania, where more and more young people are choosing to become entrepreneurs, after many left the traditional 9 to 5 jobs in corporate offices.
