Three Bucharest cinemas host French Film Festival in December - see line-up

The French Film Festival will take place in Bucharest from December 10 to December 16 in three cinema halls in the capital city, according to the French Institute. 30 movies will be included in the festival, which will be opened by "Donnant, donnant", with Daniel Auteuil and Romanian actor Medeea Marinescu. (trailer below).

More than 10 previews will be screened at the Elvira Popescu hall, Cinema Studio and Cinema Pro. The closing film will be "Notre jour viendra", by Romain Gavras, one of the most awaited movies of the year.

"Le père de mes enfants" by Mia Hansen-Love,withChiara Caselli and Louis Do de Lencquesaing,

"Au voleur" by Sarah Leonor,with Guillaume Depardieu and Florence Loiret-Caille,

"Vénus noire" by Abdellatif Kechiche,with Yahima Torres and André Jacobs,

"La Rafle" by Roselyne Bosch,with Jean Reno, Mélanie Laurent and Gad Elmaleh,

"Partir" by Catherine Corsini, with Kristin Scott Thomas, Sergi Lopez and Yvan Attal.

The section dedicated to Romain Duris includes six movies:

"Persécution",by Patrice Chéreau, with Charlotte Gainsbourg,

"Paris",by Cédric Klapisch, with Juliette Binoche and Fabrice Luchini,

"Exils",by Tony Gatlif,

"Le péril jeune",by Cédric Klapisch,

"De battre mon cœur s'est arrêté",by Jacques Audiard

"Molière"by Laurent Tirard.
