Toshiba launches Prague regional call center for Romanian clients

Electronic and electrical products manufacturer Toshiba recently launched a call center in Prague that will provide telephone assistance to customers in six countries in the region, namely Romania, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Serbia, Croatia and Bulgaria, according to the company. Calls from Romania will be re-directed through Voice-over-IP to a Romanian employee in Prague.

This will be Toshiba's second call center in the region, after previously launching one in Istanbul, on February 6.

Toshiba was established in 1875 and currently holds a global network of over 490 companies. The company has a total of over 200,000 employees and its annual sales are worth over USD 77 billion.
