Two Romanians, husband and wife, died in a car crash that occurred on Thursday morning near Kardzhali in Bulgaria, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Moreover, the couple’s child was also injured in the accident, reports local Agerpres.

The car driven by the Romanians went on the opposite lane, smashing into a truck, reports local Digi24. The Romanian car had a high speed when hitting the truck, and was overturned after the impact. Both the child, aged 4, and the truck driver were taken to the hospital.
