Untold Universe, the organizer of the largest Romanian electronic music festival Untold, announced that it will replicate in Dubai, starting in 2024, the event that has taken place so far only in Cluj-Napoca.

The festival will be held at Expo City Dubai in February 2024, according to the organizers.

The company sealed in February 2023 a binding agreement with the investment fund Mozaik Investments, which became a minority shareholder in exchange for growth capital provided for the development of Untold projects regionally and internationally.

Mozaik Investments was founded in 2019 by Sacha Dragic, the founder of Superbet, Roland Haas, an investor in private equity, and a former M&A banker Vlad Busila, Profit.ro reported. Mozaik seeks to invest in companies with high growth potential, providing capital and financial know-how in exchange for minority stakes.

The partnership with Untold aims at the international expansion of the entertainment group founded in Cluj-Napoca in 2015, but also at transforming the Untold brand into a brand with a global impact.

Along with the festival in Cluj-Napoca, the Untold Universe group organizes other festivals: Neversea on the Black Sea coast, the Massif winter festival in Poiana Brasov, and the West Side Christmas Market in Bucharest.
