Vodafone’s service center in Romania reaches EUR 5.5 mln revenues
Vodafone Shared Services (VSS) Romania, Vodafone group’s local services and IT support center, reached a turnover of EUR 5.53 million in 2015, seven times higher than in 2014, when the center was launched.
The net profit also saw a strong increase, reaching almost EUR 1 million. The company had an average 338 employees in 2015, up from 219 in 2014.
In April 2016, Vodafone Romania announced that the center had over 800 employees and that it would reach 1,000 by the end of this year. The center’s operations expanded into a new office building in Bucharest, City Offices, where 300 employees offer services for the group’s subsidiaries in Germany, Italy, and Spain.
