A Ryanair aircraft that was flying from Brussels to Malta had to perform an emergency landing in Italy after a wanted Romanian got into a fight with the plane staff and with other passengers, reports local News.ro, citing Huffington Post.

Ioan Strachinariu is the Romanian who caused the scandal. A total of ten people were involved in the fight, including the flight crew. Watch a video below.

The commander decided that the Romanian represented a danger to the other passengers, and took the decision to perform an emergency landing on the Pisa International Airport in Italy, to allow the intervention of security forces.

The police officers arrested Ioan Strachinariu and three other people involved in the scandal. When they verified the Romanian’s identity, the police discovered that he was a wanted man in his home country, for stealing a car and driving it without a license. He will be extradited to Romania.
