We're looking for a new colleague

02 April 2012

Want to fill this chair? Romania-Insider.com daily news website in English is searching for a journalist with two - three years of experience (in journalism), who would like to write about business, politics and events, on a daily basis. Our new colleague should also attend press conferences, organize and attend one-on-one interviews with interesting expats, keep a close eye on the news of the day and pitch new stories to the editor.

He or she should be business – savvy or at least interested in business angles on news stories, enthusiastic about learning new things and meeting new people, have very good computer skills, understand Romanian and have high level skills in English- both writing and speaking. We'd love to share the office with a sociable person, proactive in news gathering, with an interest in current affairs and a willingness to discover the expat community in Romania.

We strive for work-life balance so we can all work from home for two days every week. We're hoping to find someone creative who wants to have a say in the future development of our editorial project and be an active part of our young, entrepreneurial team.

If you'd like to join us, please send a short message -mentioning your salary expectation - and a CV to managing editor Corina Saceanu, corina@romania-insider.com.
