West Gate Studios private campus opens third building in Bucharest, aims for 95% occupancy at start of university year
West Gate Studios recently opened its third residential building, with 275 studios and apartments in Militari area, western Bucharest. With 1,800 students already living in the complex, the developers expect an occupancy rate of 95 percent by October, the beginning of the university year.
The third building was raised with an investment of EUR 18 million, part of the EUR 58 million project.
Rent in the complex starts at EUR 75 per person per month for studios, excluding utilities. Rent for apartments starts at EUR 350/person/month.
This is West Gate's only residential project, after the office compound in the Militari area. In total, the residential project has over 900 apartments.
