Flexible office supplier Regus, which recently opened another office space within the Charles de Gaulle Plaza in Bucharest, wants to have 15 such locations in the country in the next four years. The company plans to add seven new locations in Bucharest, and three elsewhere in Romania, in large cities such as Timisoara, Cluj and Brasov.

The company, which leases office space, then invests in furbishing it to offer turn key offices, runs four such spaces in Bucharest. In the most recently opened location, Regus has 1,250 sqm at the third floor of the Charles de Gaulle Plaza office building.

The new offices provide 130 work posts, 49 office rooms and three meeting rooms. So far, the space has already been almost fully pre-leased. Most of the contracts for office space are signed for at least 12 months, and costs vary with the space used, and the extra amenities and services.

Regus' other offices in Bucharest are at World Trade Centre, Rosetti, Floreasca Business Park.
