Adama completes Copou Bellevue residential project in Romania's Iasi

Real estate developer Adama, controlled by Austrian group Immofinanz, recently completed the construction of the last phase of the Copou Bellevue residential complex in Iasi, north-east of Romania, following an investment of EUR 1.7 million. The money came from the company’s own funds.

Now completed, Copou Bellevue comprises four buildings with a total of 170 apartments. Some 75% of the apartments have already been sold since March this year.
