Ahmed Hassan becomes Deloitte's new Country Leader for Romania and Moldova
Ahmed Hassan, 43, Audit Partner in Charge and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Deloitte Central Europe (DCE), has recently been appointed Office Managing Partner for Deloitte Balkans, which includes Romania, Bulgaria Moldova Republic, Albania and Kosovo, according to the company. From this position, Hassan will coordinate Deloitte offices’ activities within different departments, develop and lead business strategies and ensure high quality services to the company’s clients. Also, he was named the company’s Country Leader for Romania and Moldova.
Ahmed Hassan has been working for Deloitte in Romania since 1999 and has been the company’s partner for 9 years. His responsibilities as DCE Chairman of Board will end at December 31, 2011.
Deloitte Balkans currently has 655 employees and 13 partners. The company provides audit, tax, consulting, and financial advisory services to public and private clients.
