Greek developer invests EUR 100 mln in first green suburb in Romania
Alesonor, a luxury real estate developer owned by Greek investors, plans to develop the first green suburb in Romania, in Bucharest’s northern area, with an investment of about EUR 100 million.
The new residential compound will include over 400 green villas, which will benefit from complete infrastructure and proximity to schools and kindergartens, co-working and conference spaces, dedicated areas for sports, relaxation, spa, restaurants and shopping. The project will be located in the Pipera-Tunari area, on a 31-hectare land plot with an opening of 1 kilometer to the Baneasa forest.
The project’s masterplan provides that large green areas, as 85% of the land will not be covered by constructions.
“We target all those who aspire to a wellness and balanced lifestyle, who are preoccupied with the quality of life and the comfort that a personal dwelling offers and who want to raise their families in a community in the middle of nature,” said Alex Skouras, Managing Partner Alesonor.
The company also developed Amber Garden, a residential project of passive house in northern Bucharest.
