Members of the American Chamber of Commerce in Romania (AmCham) have elected a new board during the Annual General Meeting and Elections for the Board of Directors and Auditing Committee held on March 19. Valeriu Nistor, country director IBM Romania, will continue as president of AmCham.

AmCham’s new board of directors and auditing committee for the 2014-2015 mandate consists of:

• President: Valeriu Nistor - country director IBM Romania
• Vice-presidents: Radu Florescu - CEO Saatchi & Saatchi, Bogdan Ion - country manager EY Romania
• Treasurer: James Stewart - vice-president Raiffeisen Bank
• Board members: Cristian Agalopol - vice-president, SFS Head Romania & Bulgaria; SEE5 Sales Coordinator Citibank, Cristian Colteanu - president & CEO Romania, Bulgaria & Republic and Moldova General Electric, Jacopo Murzi - administrator Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson&Johnson, Daniela Nemoianu - executive partner KPMG Romania, Nadia Crisan - managing partner McGuireWoods Consulting Romania, Kostas Loukas - general manager Microsoft, Ionut Simion - partner PWC
