Andrzej Wronski appointed to lead P3’s business in Romania as managing director

21 June 2023

Andrzej Wronski, Group Head of Asset Management for P3 Logistic Parks, will be taking over the role of Managing Director for P3 Romania starting July 1, the company announced. He replaces Sinziana Pardhan, who decided to step down after six years of running P3 operations in the country.

P3 is a long-term investor, manager and developer of European warehouse properties with more than 7.6 million sqm of assets under management and a land bank of 1.9 million sqm for further development. Headquartered in Prague, it has commercial activities in 11 countries and employs more than 250 people.

In the new role, Andrzej Wronski will be responsible for leading the strategic direction of the business in addition to his current responsibilities.

“I am honored to take on this new role and lead P3’s business in Romania. I look forward to working with our talented team and delivering the exceptional service that our customers have come to expect from us,” he commented.

Last year, P3 Logistic Parks completed transactions totalling almost 100,000 sqm, with over a third being extensions of existing contracts. Logistics companies represent half of the new agreements concluded during the past year, but new industries have entered the park’s community of tenants, such as technology and courier services, the company said. This year, the developer has signed a contract with a new field of light production.

P3 Bucharest A1 is one of the most complex logistic parks in Romania, offering a wide range of services for clients and their employees, such as public transportation via train, self-service restaurant, private rail terminal, private high-voltage station, electrical charging stations for cars, accommodation units for workers, temperature-controlled warehouse spaces, and modern offices.
