A hand full of Romanian and foreign business angels focusing on IT and online investments have come together as part of a new project meant to bring together investors and projects, AngelConnect. The project was started by the VentureConnect foundation and already has 15 investors on board: Andreas Cser – Business Angel, Alexandre Almajeanu – Business Angel, Ciprian Ghețău – Business Angel and founder of Black Sea Capital, Maxim Gurvits – Business Angel and co-founder of Eleven Accelerator, Gwidon Humeniuk – Business Angel and board member of investment funds Xevin Investments, Eleven Accelerator, LAUNCHub, Radu Georgescu – Founding Partner & Chairman GECAD Group, Marius Ghenea – Business Angels and president of FIT Distribution, Péter Barta – Business Angel and director of Fundația Post Privatizare, Orlando Nicoară – Business Angel and General Manager Mediafax Group, Mihai Seceleanu – Founder InternetCorp and Business-angel and Vlad Stan – Co-founder Geekcelerator and Business Angel.
