Argentinian Film Days kick off in Bucharest
Several Argentinian films will be screened in Bucharest at a dedicated event, between April 11 and April 14.
The program includes the Goya-awarded dark comedy Relatos Salvajes (Wild Tales), directed by Damián Szifrón; Mariano Cohn’s El hombre de al lado (The Man Next Door), which received a best image award at the Sundance film festival in 2010; Fabian Bielinski’s Nueve Reinas (Nine Queens); Juan José Campanella’s Metegol (Underdogs), the winner of a 2013 Goya award for best animated feature film; Me casé con un boludo (I Married an Idiot), directed by Juan Taratuto; and Ariel Winograd’s Mamá se fue de viaje (10 Days Without Mom).
The screenings take place at the Cervantes Institute. The films are screened with Romanian or English subtitles. Entrance is free, within available seating.
