Tax consulting and auditing company LeitnerLeitner Romania recently re-branded as Adevaris. This came after the 2010 merger with local company Adevaris Romania. “Adevaris is restarting operations as a self-directed entity in an exclusive collaboration with the Austrian partner LeitnerLeitner,” according to the company. “The branding “Adevaris - in cooperation with LeitnerLeitner” indicates that the collaboration is going to remain as close as it has been up to now and will have no impact on the day-to-day work with clients and business partners – except for the changed name,” the company goes on.

“We are happy to say that our clients can still benefit from our footprint in 10 countries and 12 locations in Central and Eastern Europe, as well as our relationship with Praxity AISLB, one of the major worldwide alliances of independent accounting firms,” explained René Schöb, Partner of Adevaris.

Adevaris runs a team of 40 consultants in Romania. LeitnerLeitner has operations in several Central and Eastern European countries: the Czech Republic, Hungary, Serbia, Austria, Slovenia, Croatia, Slovakia, Bosnia and Hertzegovina, and Switzerland.
