BCR Leasing & Porsche Romania supply 50 vans to Romanian Post
Local leasing firm BCR Leasing has submitted the only bid for supplying 50 utility vans to the Romanian Post through financial leasing.
The contract is estimated at EUR 1.25 million, without VAT, for three years, reports local Profit.ro. The subcontractor is Porsche Romania.
More bidders took part in the previous tender which was cancelled in April. They included Operational Finop Leasing, Vector Broker de Asigurare and Operational Autoleasing, BCR Leasing, Tiriac Auto and Greco JLT Romania GmbH Viena Sucursala Bucuresti, as well as UniCredit Leasing Corporation, Business Development Team and UniCredit Insurance Broker.
The attribution procedure was cancelled because the submitted bids were unacceptable or were inconsistent with the provisions.
Posta Romana bought another 35 utility vans from RCI Leasing Romania in November 2013, for EUR 480,000.
In the first half of 2013, Porsche Romania won a tender to supply 607 utility vans to the postal operator for EUR 8.23 million, VAT included.
