The construction work at the Unirii View tower, developed by the Belgian investor Yves Weerts in the center of Bucharest, will be completed in the second quarter of 2018, as scheduled.

The underground work will be completed in the second quarter of this year.

Unirii View tower will be located near the Unirii square, on the Corneliu Coposu boulevard. It will have a total built surface of 26,880 sqm and a rentable area of about 18,000 sqm.

The building will be 72-meter high, with 19 floors, plus an underground parking lots with three levels. The total investment is estimated at around EUR 33 million.

Yves Weerts is a Belgian pilot aged 49, who competed in the Rally of Belgium and the FIA European GT3 Championships.
