Belgian IT company Cegeka opens its second office in Romania
Belgian IT&C company Cegeka, which has over 250 employees in Romania, will open a second office in the country by the end of this year.
The new office will be located in Iasi and will already have a team working there by the end of 2015. It will expand to about 100 employees in 2016, according to the company, reports local Ziarul Financiar.
Cegeka has chosen Iasi as a location, as the area has many technical universities and is also open to other countries in Europe.
The new office will have a team of IT specialists that will provide software development services, but also management and infrastructure monitoring services for clients outside the country.
Cegeka has operations in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg, as well as in Poland and Romania. It has another local office in Bucharest.
