The group of companies which includes airline company Blue Air will open the first restaurant under the Self brand on Buzesti street in Bucharest today. The Self restaurant project will be managed by general manager Jean Pierre Richeton. Gheorghe Racaru is the company's strategy and development director.

The Blue Air group of companies is owned by Romanian businessman Nelu Iordache. The company posted a EUR 500 million turnover in 2009. It employs 2,200 people. The group include the airline operator Blue Air, construction company Romstrade, agriculture company La Mosie and the Self restaurant chain.
