BNP Paribas Real Estate has recently launched its property management business line in Romania, in addition to transaction, consulting and valuation services. The company currently manages 78,000 sqm, having two major buildings in portfolio, America House office building in Bucharest and Promenada Mall in Targu Mures.

This move follows the company’s expansion started last year, when its international property management business acquired the property management subsidiaries of AEW Europe (PBW Polska, PBW Hungary and PBW Czech Republic). AEW Europe, through one of its investment funds, owns America House office building in Bucharest.
