German company Bosch will move its Timisoara office to the ISHO Offices building developed by local investor Ovidiu Sandor, in the first part of the next year.

The company has rented four floors, with a turnover of 6,600 sqm.

Bosch currently has its Timisoara office in the AGN Business Center building.

The ISHO Offices will be developed in parallel with a residential component in several stages. The first stage will have a rentable area of 15,500 sqm out of a total of 55,000 sqm. The entire project will be completed in 2020.

ISHO will serve 5,000 employees and 2,000 inhabitants. Mulberry Development, controlled by the local investor Ovidiu Sandor, has been developing this project. The total investment in this project is estimated at some EUR 130 million.
