Romanian law firm Bostina & Asociatii has been selected to represent the Romanian state in the dispute with PWT Wasser und Abwassertechnik GmbH. The law firm has received the maximum scoring in the bid organized by the Finance Ministry. The ministry organized the bid to select a law firm for representing the Central Finance and Contracting Unit in four arbitration procedures, according to Bostina & Asociatii. The law firm posted EUR 16.98 million in turnover last year. It employees 130 lawyers and collaborators. It has offices in Bucharest, Vienna, Frisbourg and Nicosia and in 16 Romanian cities.
