The real estate developer Oasis Development, controlled by Klaus Reisenauer and Kurt Wagner, launched a division of shopping centers administration that will be coordinated by Brigitte Schmitt, former head of the Property Management Department at DTZ Romania.

The new division is called Shopping Center Services and will provide commercial and technical administration services for the retail sector, with a portfolio of over 25,000 sqm of retail projects developed by Oasis Development. By the end of the year, it is estimated that the new division will be managing more than 100,000 sqm of retail.

Brigitte Schmitt studied Business Administration and Management to "Julius Maximilians Universitat". In 2009-2010, she led the Department of Property Administration of the real estate consultancy firm DTZ Romania. She built her experience in real estate sector in Germany and Romania in the last 20 years.

Oasis Development conducted projects totaling an area of ​​over 1.5 million sqm, the value of investemnt exceeding EUR 800 million.
