Real estate developer Tagor, owned by British fund Patron Capital, will start the construction work on the second phase of its residential project Adora Park in Arad this year.

The company will also start developing the second apartment building within the residential complex Adora Forest Timisoara.

The second stage of the Adora Park Arad project will include a park and a building with 106 homes. The first stage of the project has been 100% sold.

The second building of the Adora Forest residential complex in Timisoara will include 115 apartments. The first stage of the project, a building with 107 apartments, has been 85% sold.

The developer also owns two residential projects in Bucharest, in the Bragadiru and Pipera area. The work on the second stage of the residential project Adora Urban Village located in Bragadiru began in August last year. It includes two new buildings with a total of 94 apartments. The area has massively developed in the last 3-4 years. The first stage of the project has been completely sold out.

In 2016, the company sold 120 apartments in all its residential projects developed in Bucharest, Timisoara, and Arad.
