BikeFest will return with a new edition in Bucharest this weekend. The event will take place on September 3-4 in Izvor Park, 8,500 bikers being expected to participate to this year’s edition.

The event’s program includes two urban races this year, one dedicated to mountain bike fans – Urban Race MTB, and another one for road racing fans – Urban Road Race. The races will have different prizes and start points, but in both cases, the participants will start and end the races from the Parliament's Palace courtyard.

BikeFest's program also includes the Speed Race, the Two on a Bike race dedicated to couples, friends and families, the Kids Race, X-Treme Race, and a charity bike tour. There will also be a cycling marathon organized by World Class Romania, concerts, and a bike exhibition.

Those interested to join the event can still register on Friday, September 2, between 16:00 and 21:00 in the Izvor Park.
