Bucharest Stock Exchange ups dividend by a quarter
The Bucharest Stock Exchange, the company that manages Romania's main stock market, wants to pay shareholders a dividend of RON 1.4579 (EUR 0.32) per share.
This is 23% higher than last year, while the net profit increased by 25%.
As in previous years, the BSE will distribute 95% of its profit as dividends. The gross dividend had a yield of 3.98%, according to Friday closing share price.
BVB shares saw their price up 8.9% since the beginning of the year and 49.8% in the last 12 months.
