Local courier company Delivery Solutions and venture capital company Carpathia Capital are the first two companies to list their business on the Bucharest Stock Exchange’s alternative trading system AeRO that launches today.

Delivery Solutions runs the Sameday Courier brand and it’s the only fast courier on the Romanian market which delivers the parcels the same day, locally, nationally or internationally.

The Polish company Carpathia Capital aims to become a venture capital and private equity company for the small and medium enterprises in Romania.

The Bucharest Stock Exchange will broadcast the launch event live on the internet.

The AeRO market is the equity segment of BVB’s alternative trading system, designed for listing early stage companies, start-ups, and SMEs.
