Bucharest’s Center for Educational and Sports Programs – Proedus, an institution under the City Hall’s authority, will send 3,500 people in a recreational camp for teachers, auxiliary education personnel, coaches and parents alongside 2,000 students with good results this summer.

The destinations for this camp are Costinesti and Neptun, at the Romanian seaside, Paralia Katerini in Greece and the mountain resort of Predeal in Romania, local G4media.ro reported.

The center signed a four-year framework contract last year for the 2017-2020 period. The contract is worth RON 70.5 million (EUR 15.2 million).

The City Hall also decided to pay for a camp for seniors in Greece, as well as for a camp for youth between 18 and 35 at the Romanian seaside. The programs are coordinated by various institutions subordinated to the City Hall.
