Bucharest’s District 6 wants to open online television
The Bucharest District 6 City Hall plans to open an online television and a TV school.
It wants to allocate EUR 270,000 from the local budget between June and December 2017 for equipping and running the TV studio, according to a project that is under public debate, cited by local Hotnews.ro.
The City Hall will open the television and the TV school via the District 6 European Cultural Center. The project needs a vote in the District 6 Local Council.
“People need information sources and education systems to help them develop, adapt to changing societies and give them a foundation on which to build a personal balance. We want to create a new information channel addressed to the citizens of the District 6. This source of information is the District 6’s online television,” according to the project’s specialty report.
