The first mono-brand Burberry store opened in Bucharest earlier this week, at the ground floor of the Radisson Blu Hotel. The British brand, brought by the investors in Global Eye under a franchise contract, joins other luxury fashion brands with stores in Bucharest, like Louis Vuitton, Valentino and Gucci. These also have stores in five-star hotels in Bucharest: Louis Vuitton and Valentino in JW Marriott and Gucci in Athenee Palace Hilton.

The Burberry store in Bucharest cover about 440 sqm and was initially set to open by the end of 2011. The Bucharest store has already been listed on the fashion retailer's website.

All the retailer's collections are available in Bucharest, at prices which go up to as much as EUR 19,000.
