Romanian firm launches EUR 1 mln business cloud computing platform Ymens
TeamNet group has launched a business version of Ymens - the first locally developed cloud computing platform with an investment of EUR 1 million, it has announced.
"We have created a cloud computing platform in Romania, adapted to local businesses, which allows any business more flexibility, reduced costs and access to solutions that until recently were only available to corporations," said Calin Butunoi, Division Manager Ymens.
The Ymens platform offers various tools such as Index, which can measure productivity, Facturator for bills and recording payments and Jurist, which provides quick access to Romanian and EU legislation.
The Ymens division of cloud computing company TeamNet was launched in June 2010 under the initiative of Bogdan Padiu (in picture), a Romanian entrepreneur in the IT sector and one of the founders of TeamNet. Over 100 employees of the division operate in three of the company offices, namely: Bucharest, Iasi and Timisoara. So far, over 5,000 users already use Ymens platform solutions.
