Around 70,000 tax payers have acquired digital certificates in order to submit their fiscal declarations online in Romania, according to the National Agency for Fiscal Administration (ANAF). The companies which haven't acquired digital certificates have a six-month grace period to do so and can still submit the declaration in hard copy at the ANAF offices.
